This new community space was converted from a disused toilet block and now provides an attractive entrance into the park. The building offers a kitchenette, external drop off space and both standard and disabled toilets.
Improved insulation incorporated behind the cladding and an energy efficient air-source heat pump ensure the environmental impact of the building is kept to a minimum.
The Markwell Studio is now available to book via Bishop’s Stortford Town Council
